About Mixed Game Pro

Mixed-game poker deserves better study tools.

Mixed Game Pro is an independent educational project for players learning draw, stud, lowball, and split-pot poker. We turn difficult rules and range data into visual guides, practical calculators, and clearly labelled experimental solvers.

One learning path from rules to decisions

Game instructions

Plain-language rules, hand rankings, betting sequences, quick facts, and common beginner mistakes.

Starting-hand guides

Interactive range views that show how hand classes and draw plans change as a range becomes wider.

Calculators and solvers

Browser-based simulations for draw equity plus experimental game-tree models for studying complete action lines.

Know what each result can—and cannot—tell you

Equity calculators evaluate game-specific hand rankings and simulate legal draws. Results are estimates whose precision depends on the selected model and number of deals. They do not automatically account for betting, position, bluffing, rake, or every opponent adjustment.

Solver pages are explicitly marked experimental. Abstraction makes large game trees practical, but grouped hands and rare action lines can be less precise than a complete card-level solution. Strategy content is educational and never a guarantee of results.

Help make the mixed-game library stronger

Mixed games often use local rules, especially for newer draw and stud hybrids. If you find an error or a room-specific variation, send the game name, page URL, and the rule you believe needs review.
