About this service
Mixed Game Pro is a poker education and practice website. You can browse public game guides, starting-hand charts and equity tools without signing in. An optional account lets you save practice history, review hands and access progress on another device. This policy explains the information we handle to provide those features.
Google sign-in: information we collect and why
If you choose Continue with Google, we request the basic openid, email and profile permissions. Google provides your account identifier, email address, email verification status, display name and profile-picture URL when available. We use the identifier and verified email to authenticate you, create or link your Mixed Game Pro account, and connect your saved practice to that account. Your name identifies your account in the interface; the picture URL may be stored as part of your account profile.
Our authentication system also processes and may store Google-issued authentication tokens, granted scopes and token expiry information to complete and maintain the account connection. We do not receive your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or your calendar. Email-code sign-in is available if you prefer not to connect Google.
We use Google account data for sign-in and the account features described here. We do not sell it, send it to advertisers for targeting, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Email sign-in and account security
For email sign-in, we collect the address you enter and send a verification code through Cloudflare Email Sending. Codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as hashes for verification. Login records can include your IP address, browser user agent, session identifier and creation/expiry times. Temporary request counters, including hashed email and IP identifiers, help prevent excessive requests and email abuse.
Practice data and browser storage
We store trainer hand states, cards, action choices, model feedback, scores, saved spots and labels, and your weekly practice goal. This supports progress summaries and lets you resume or review practice. Signing in transfers the guest history associated with that browser to your account.
Essential cookies identify your login or guest practice session. Browser storage also remembers preferences such as your theme and whether the installation prompt was shown. Clearing cookies or site storage may sign you out or disconnect guest progress from that browser. It does not delete data already saved to a registered account.
Storage, service providers and sharing
Cloudflare hosts the application and stores account, login and practice records in its D1 database service. It also processes email delivery information and technical data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the site. Google processes Google sign-in under its own privacy policy. These providers may process information outside your country as part of their infrastructure.
Account and Google sign-in information is handled by the providers needed to operate these features and by the people maintaining or supporting Mixed Game Pro when necessary. We do not make your email, login credentials or private practice history public. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to respond to abuse or protect users and the service, consistent with applicable Google data-use restrictions.
How we protect information
The production site uses HTTPS. Login and guest-session cookies use secure settings, including HttpOnly protection. Account requests are checked against the signed-in user before private records are returned or changed, and database credentials are kept server-side. We check the origin of account changes, limit repeated requests, and expire temporary authentication records. These safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Guest practice expires after 30 days and is removed by scheduled cleanup. Registered account information, linked Google identity records and saved practice remain while you keep the account. Login sessions last up to 30 days and can renew with activity. Expired sessions, verification records and temporary abuse counters are removed by scheduled cleanup.
In Your practice, you can download your practice data or delete your account. Deletion requires a recent sign-in and confirmation of your email, and removes the account, its stored provider credentials, sessions, practice history and saved spots from the active application database. Infrastructure logs and backup copies may remain for their provider-configured retention periods before expiring.
You can also remove MixedGamePro’s connection in your Google Account connections. Removing Google access does not itself delete records already saved in Mixed Game Pro; use account deletion or contact us for that. If you cannot access your account, email contact@mixedgamepro.com for help with access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership first.
Advertising and your choices
We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads where permitted. Google sign-in profile data and OAuth tokens are not supplied by us to AdSense for ad targeting. See Google’s partner-sites policy for information about its advertising technologies.
Where required, an advertising consent message will let you accept, reject or manage advertising choices. You can also control cookies in your browser and manage personalization in Google My Ad Center. Advertising choices are separate from your decision to use Google sign-in.
Payments
Pro pricing is coming soon and billing is currently disabled. We do not collect payment-card details or charge for a membership at this time. We will explain any new payment processing and its data use before introducing paid memberships.
Support, policy updates and contact
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message you send. We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate feedback and maintain relevant support records, and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Please do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
We update this page when the service’s data practices change and show the revision date above. For a privacy question or request, contact Mixed Game Pro at contact@mixedgamepro.com.
